Students will be allowed to wear green shirts with jeans on Friday, March 21, 201, to celebrate Earth Day. They may wear jeans and shoes that are appropriate for school. All students that are not in compliance of the expectations will be asked to call home.

Thousands of schools across California, are participating in the assessment system designed to help shape teaching and learning in the classroom known as the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress or -CAASPP- these computer-based tests have replaced the paper pencil state tests.

Audubon Middle School Parents - Local District West is spearheading an amazing opportunity for parents to participate in a study group with the renowned UCLA Professor Dr. Tyrone Howard! Dr. Howard has been working with our teachers in understanding the Impact of Race and Culture in the classroom.

For the first time in the history of Audubon Middle School our Students Run LA Team is running in the Los Angeles Marathon! Ms. Candace Rosby and Mr. German Rios are leading our team of students through the streets of Los Angeles today! Let's send them encouragement and likes. More about their progress. Parents are you looking for activities for your children this summer? Send them to Audubon to prepare them for the next academic grade. Math and Science will be our focus.

On Monday, February 13, 2017 the 6th, 7th and 8th grade Audubon Spelling Bee winners participated in a Championship Spelling Bee to determine who would be representing Audubon at the Regional Scripps Spelling Bee.

Join us at Buffalo Wild Wings No Cook night and Fundraiser located near the Crenshaw Plaza from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

On Friday, January 27, 2017 students will compete in the annual AMS Spelling Bee in the Auditorium. The 6th Grade winner will represent Local District West at the Los Angeles Office of Education Spelling Bee.
